Every May, our community, offers Music at the Park on Fridays from 7-9pm. After a few weeks of just crazy-busy schedules, our family of 4 FINALLY got to hang out for the night! We walked to the park and enjoyed some really good music. I truly treasured our walk there because we had some great conversations and we were able to just be us without distractions.

Some of the highlights of music at the park that night were:
1) Daddy and Maddy dancing. The look on her face was absolutely priceless, like Daddy is the one and only prince in her life.
2) Jayden shaking it like crazy especially in front of a reporter-type camera. He was hilarious! I still wonder if she was a magazine/newspaper capturing the night.
3) Jayden starring at the band in awe- he loves music and someday wants to be a 'rockstar'
4) the kids holding hands and dancing/jumping together
5) saying hi to friends and their kids
